Position: Market Research & Administration Executive
The role
This role is responsible for day to day administration, reporting, planning, & scheduling the team diary. The team uses snap survey tools, OPST and Microsoft Office programs. Training is provided, computer literacy is a must.
In delivering the role the Market Research & Administration Executive will be involved in all aspects of the survey process: creative development, survey design, analysis and strategy, campaign planning and budgeting, and campaign reporting.
The individual
Essential:
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Numeracy skills as analysing data and trends is a priority
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- A high degree of resilience, perseverance, focus and commitment is essential
- The ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles, personalities and diverse areas of the organisation
- Must have a flexible attitude and capability to work under pressure.

The role
Working on the commercial, client facing team of a fast growing specialist research agency within the PR & Communications sector the role will be a fusion of new business development and client handling.
The main focus for the role will be to generate new business and build on relationships with existing clients to maximise revenue streams.
The day-to-day requirements of the position will be to develop creative research ideas to approach the market with, organise and lead meetings and presentations with both PR agencies and clients direct, work with secured briefs and provide creative consultancy to strengthen individual campaigns.
The remainder of the role will be to manage individual research projects and identify opportunities within the sector as a whole.

This may include leading brainstorms and developing questionnaires in collaboration with the separate teams.
The remainder of the role will be to manage projects within the research team itself and in the longer term to develop and grow existing clients and new clients.
