The Role
Working on the client facing team the role will be a fusion of new business development and client handling.
The main focus for the role will be to generate new business and build on relationships with existing clients to maximise revenue streams.
The day-to-day requirements of the position will be to develop creative research ideas to approach the market with, organise and lead meetings and presentations with both PR agencies and clients direct, work with secured briefs and provide creative consultancy to strengthen individual campaigns.
The remainder of the role will be to manage individual research projects and identify opportunities within the sector as a whole.
The role will provide unique and high profile exposure within the wider group of companies and offers a great opportunity for personal growth and promotion.
The Individual
- The individual will have a strong client service background. Sales experience is essential.
- The individual must be media savvy, literate and well read with particularly strong written and verbal skills.
- Research and PR experience is desirable but not essential. A fast learner is, however, required.
- Strong people skills and an ability to negotiate and work under pressure is a must. The individual must also have a strong sense of humour and a thirst for success.
