The Role

Enjoy writing newsworthy and feature articles? Know what makes a good story angle? Could you ask the questions that would help a brand create editorial content to make media owners take notice of them? Then we’ve got the job for you!

We want a journalist for the head of editorial role in our research division who can provide clients and teams with themes, concepts and questions to form the basis of research that we carry out.

No experience of the research industry is needed – we have a team who can provide that / pass knowledge on.

You’ll be coming up with ideas and writing creative plans for pitch documents, leading creative thinking sessions for briefs, and writing questions for the research.

For some clients, you’ll also be analysing and distilling the research findings into a format that will attract the attention of media owners and / or providing the client with an engaging report.

  1. Journalistic experience
  2. Analysing data
  3. Highly organised with attention to detail
  4. The ability to work independently and in a team
  5. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles, personalities and diverse areas of the organisation
  6. Must have a flexible attitude and capability to work under pressure.
