Prize Draw Rules
Entry into the prize draw is deemed to be accepted under the following terms:
- The promotion is open until midnight Sunday 30 December 2012. The promotion is restricted to UK residents who submit their answer by Sunday 30 December 2012. Persons involved in Opinion Matters, and/or the promotion and execution of the draw, including employees of the associated sponsor, agency or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible for entry.
- Winners must be aged 16 years or older.
- Entry is limited to only one per registered user.
- Winners are selected at random.
- The draw for the prize will be made week commencing Wednesday 2 January 2013.
- Winners will be notified as soon as practicable.
- There is no cash alternative.
- If prize is no longer available then a similar alternative will be provided of equal or greater value.
- We reserve the right to feature the names, photographs and locations of prize winners on markettiers4dc.com and related correspondence including newsletters.
- Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, delayed or incomplete.
- Winners have 21 days from the draw date to claim their prize. If they do not claim their prize within this period they will no longer be eligible to receive their prize. Proof of ID may be required in order to claim the prize.
- Prizes may take up to 60 days to be delivered unless notified otherwise. Images used are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent final prize. Prize may vary from image shown.
- Responsibility cannot be accepted for any prizes once they have been despatched to winners and thereafter if that (prize) retailer ceases to trade and the prize can no longer be redeemed.
- The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
